Handmade Beeswax Candles

At the Monastery we make and sell pure beeswax candles. The beeswax we use is 100% made in the USA. To purchase candles from us, please call us at: 815-943-3588. Leave a message with your contact information, and we will return your call. As a special offer to our customers, we accept the return of used candle remnants for credit to your account. Please see the note below for more information about returning the remnants.

Pricing and Sizing Information Size: Price: Small: 11" long, 3/8" wide $7.00 / Lb Medium: 13.5" long, 1/2" wide $7.50 / Lb Large: 16" long, 3/4" wide $8.00 / Lb Approximate number of candles per pound: Large: 6 candles Medium: 9-10 candles Small: 28 candles Please note that the above counts are only estimates: The candles are packaged and sold by weight, not by count.

Shipping Information

The customer pays the shipping charges. There are no extra shipping / handling charges besides the cost from the carrier. Shipping is usually done by ground, and expediated shipping is also available upon request.

Details on Returning Candle Remnants

There must not be any other kind of wax besides 100% beeswax among the candle remnants (i.e. no paraffin, no 50% beeswax pieces, etc). We will credit your account one dollar per pound of returned remnants upon receipt. This credit can only be applied to future candle orders from the Monastery.
